Personnel Records Supervisor oversees the maintenance of employee records, including new hires, status updates, and terminations. Ensures employee data is correctly entered into the employee record keeping system. Being a Personnel Records Supervisor supervises the collection of employee data and preparation of statistical reports. Requires an associate degree. Additionally, Personnel Records Supervisor typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.
