Personnel Records Supervisor oversees the maintenance of employee records, including new hires, status updates, and terminations. Ensures employee data is correctly entered into the employee record keeping system. Being a Personnel Records Supervisor supervises the collection of employee data and preparation of statistical reports. Requires an associate degree. Additionally, Personnel Records Supervisor typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.     • Assigns patient charts for approved external review through electronic health record review routines.
    • Maintains paper files by tracking, retrieving, or purging patient files.
    • Supervise Reception Personnel with scheduling, covering breaks and lunch breaks, reception duty related matters etc

    Must adhere to HIPAA, federal and state guidelines regarding the protection of patient health information. Must follow CMS guidelines for payment source and information retrieval.

    High School Diploma required
