Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Friday; OT as needed.
A typical day as a Customer Service Specialist may include:
- Post daily all HOA and loan payments that are received in a variety of forms.
- Balance the previous day’s postings to the bank reconciliation report and the bank deposit reports.
- Process all rejected items for both the loans and the HOA.
- Process loan statements according to schedule.
- Input credit card information for both the HOA and loan accounts and audit for accuracy.
- Process ACH payments daily.
Job Requirements of a Customer Service Specialist:
- Great customer service skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to sit for duration of shift.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
