You will ?

• Install ancillary services for pest control solutions such as encasements, insulation, termite bait installations;
• Perform skilled remediation services for homeowners by repairing pest damage;
• Deliver high quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional and commercial customers; ? ?
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling pest matters; ?
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth; ?
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services; ?
• Develop and maintain records of field activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements; ?
• And serve as a key member of the branch team! ?

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years old, no experience in pest control necessary ?
• High School Diploma / GED ?
• Valid drivers license ?
• Carpentry skills are preferred
• Experience in home services industry is preferred ?but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.? ?

Physical Demands / Working Environment : ?

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations : ? ?

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturers weight capacity ?
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pesticide licensure within training period (company paid)
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. ?
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions ?
