Pest Control Technician/Applicator

Compensation:

· Competitive Pay: Our technicians earn 30,000-40,000 per year depending on experience. Technicians also have opportunities to earn bonuses based on performance.

Position Overview:

Our start technicians are one of our most important positions. This role is responsible for performing our first application for our new customers. We need someone who is dialed in on the details so we leave our customer with an amazing first impression.

The job hours are typically 10am-7:00 pm

Responsibilities include:

• Take a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Drive and up keep a clean and safe company vehicle ( with the option of taking it home)
• Keeping detailed records of treatments provided
• Collecting payments for a variety of service subscriptions
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance to state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs
• You will be in charge of servicing a route according to company standards and procedures
• You will be expected to advise customers of potential problems and effectively communicate solutions for managing new and complex pest problems
• You will be assigned a route in your local area

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday through Friday and every other Saturday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Job Requirements:

· Hold an active driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Must pass a background check

· Must Pass a drug Screen

· Have a commitment to Safety in all job areas: Driving, Service, and training

· Have a commitment to provide an honest and exceptional customer experience

· Have a positive background in Customer Service

· Earn and maintain the state requirement training and licensing ( We will provide the training)

Ideal candidates will have some industry experience, but we are willing to train with no industry experience!

The training is paid and we will also work to get you all required state licensing to perform pest control services.
