JB's Tap Yard is located in the JB Whites Building in Downtown Augusta at 936 Broad Street. Open for business from Wednesday thru Saturday, the hours are noon until 10PM. Products sold are draft beers and draft wine. There is no food prep except the free popcorn.

Overview:
JB's Tap Yard (Tip Top Taps) is seeking skilled and experienced Barkeeps to join our team. As a Barkeep, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. If you have a passion for craft beers and enjoy working in a relaxed environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Pour mugs and flights
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or barkeep preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
