The Customer Support Coordinator will have excellent computer and software skills and must enjoy working with people, especially over the telephone in a customer service mode. Occasionally, there are front facing opportunities that arise and as such, personable skills and etiquette are required. The customer support coordinator will be self-motivated, who likes to always be productive and enjoys being a team player. Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Processing customer inquiries via telephone and email
· Provide multi departmental support
· Accounts receivable
· Coordinating and scheduling service requests
· Scheduling
· Coordination with management on any special projects
· Develop and maintain friendly customer relationships
· Basic HVAC troubleshooting via telephone
Qualifications and Skills:
· Computer software proficiency
· Customer service – both on telephone and in person
· Exceptional organizational and communication skills - both written and verbal
· Self-motivation
· Scheduling
· Billing and accounts receivable
· Excellent time management and planning
· Willingness to participate in On-Call Customer Service program (rotational schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with additional compensation provided)
