Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Repair or replace faulty components or parts
- Install new equipment or systems as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail to perform precise repairs and installations
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment or objects as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
