Pharmacist - Home Care jobs in Duluth, MN
Pharmacist - Home Care compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and pharmaceutical supplies per physician's instructions for patients in a home care setting. Provides consultation and answers inquires from patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding drugs and their use. Being a Pharmacist - Home Care maintains all required documentation and data on prescriptions, inventory, and patients. Adheres to JCAHO standards for Home Care and complies with all regulatory guidelines and procedures. Additionally, Pharmacist - Home Care requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Pharmacist - Home Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. What you will be doing as Home Health Aides (HHA) / Caregiver
- Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
- Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.
- Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.
Some of our requirements:
- Experience providing personal care for others is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance (preferred)
- Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends
