Pharmacist - Home Care compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and pharmaceutical supplies per physician's instructions for patients in a home care setting. Provides consultation and answers inquires from patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding drugs and their use. Being a Pharmacist - Home Care maintains all required documentation and data on prescriptions, inventory, and patients. Adheres to JCAHO standards for Home Care and complies with all regulatory guidelines and procedures. Additionally, Pharmacist - Home Care requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Pharmacist - Home Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. We are currently looking for caregivers who have a personal vehicle and are willing to transport clients. Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information- Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
- If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
Requirements- 18 years
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
