Pharmacist - Home Care compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and pharmaceutical supplies per physician's instructions for patients in a home care setting. Provides consultation and answers inquires from patients, families, physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding drugs and their use. Being a Pharmacist - Home Care maintains all required documentation and data on prescriptions, inventory, and patients. Adheres to JCAHO standards for Home Care and complies with all regulatory guidelines and procedures. Additionally, Pharmacist - Home Care requires a doctorate degree in pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Pharmacist - Home Care's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. We are looking for great caregiver to work in Hanover, PA.
The client is a fall risk and has fallen a lot lately and just got approved for support at home.
Need to spend time with her doing the exercising, stretching standing sitting. Assistance with showers, laundry, and companion care.
Hours are flexible - she is approved for 23.5 a week.
Should be Monday-Friday, either 3 8 hour shifts or 4 6 hour shifts works, morning time starting around 8am or 9am through the day.
Schedule up to you. Must have a TB Test within the last year to apply or be willing to go get a TB test at Urgent care.
