An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join their dynamic healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, the Inpatient Pharmacist will ensure the safe and effective use of medications within an acute care hospital setting. The Inpatient Pharmacist will assess physician orders, contributes to and follows department policies, ensures compliance with state and organization guidelines, obtains and interprets patient needs, maintains educational proficiency, oversees preparation and dispensing of patient medications, assists with inventory management, and works as part of a collaborative team.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy 
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Prior work experience preferred
