We are looking for a PHARMACIST MANAGER to join our team! 

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Pharmacist Manager. The Pharmacist Manager will oversee the operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of customer service, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient workflow. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing pharmacy operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy and provide medication counseling as needed.
Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and safety in medication dispensing.
Maintain accurate records of pharmacy transactions, including prescription orders, inventory levels, and patient information.
Monitor pharmacy finances, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement processes.
Stay up-to-date on developments in pharmacy practice, including new medications, regulations, and technologies.
Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications:
Active pharmacist license in good standing.
Previous experience in a pharmacy management or leadership role preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Commitment to providing quality patient care and customer service.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Previous experience in Dispill and single and multi blister packing is a bonus.
