Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care for patients of all ages, from infancy to geriatric.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Current license to practice pharmacy in Oklahoma
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Active membership in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists

Preferred Job Requirements

• Three (3) years hospital clinical pharmacy experience and/or postgraduate year one pharmacy residency 
• Graduate of college of pharmacy accredited by ACPE or equivalent – PharmD
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification
• Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
