Responsibilities:

• Tailor education plans for students with disabilities, ensuring individualized learning experiences.
• Deliver engaging instruction across various subjects, employing innovative teaching methods.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, promoting student independence and growth.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license or certification in Special Education in Illinois.
• Prior experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bilingual Spanish required
