Plan, direct and monitor all financial, operational, professional, and clinical activities of the department. This is a working Director position for ClearSky Rehab Hosp in Rosepine, LA.
Ensure that all pharmacy staff is currently licensed/certified/registered and complies with all applicable regulations, policies and standards of the hospital and PharmaCare Services.
Develops rapport with hospital staff and provides timely information relative to drugs, policies and standards of care that relate to medication use/safety.
Keep current with State regulations regarding the practice of Pharmacy and implements changes as necessary to maintain compliance.
