The Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Director will lead administrative operations for multiple sites including the Main Hospital, Women and Children’s services, an Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Cardiac Center. The Acute Care Pharmacy Director will lead a robust team with several direct reports. In this comprehensive role, the Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Director is responsible for being a strong staff mentor and implementing process improvements leading to increased patient and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is PharmD-prepared with several years of acute care and 340B management experience.
