Being a Pharmacy Director requires a bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Typically requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Additionally, Pharmacy Director typically reports to a top management. Scope of Responsibilities: Serve as a business leader responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of AristaCare services. Oversee operational projects in alignment with organizational goals. Devise and establish systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management and to analyze business requirements to determine organizational needs. Lead and direct the staff in the pharmacy division to meet all industry standards. Perform with President the planning, budgeting, analysis, development, and execution of the company budget.
