Maintains contact with other department heads, medical staff, and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve problems, improve processes, and promote effective drug therapy. Being a Pharmacy Director requires a bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Typically requires Registered Pharmacist (RPh). Additionally, Pharmacy Director typically reports to a top management. The Pharmacy Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Minnich's Pharmacy is looking for a full-time pharmacy technician to join our employee owned pharmacy team. Certification is a positive but we will provide assistance and an increase in wages if you complete your pharmacy certification while working at Minnich's. Bilingual skills are a positive as well but not required. This position processes prescription orders for long term care and community residents in a team environment.
