SCOPE OF WORK:
The Cloud Services Administrator will administer, develop, monitor, and support the agency's Microsoft cloud infrastructure. Provide technical assistance on Windows, cloud-based systems, and resolve operational issues. This includes installing, troubleshooting, implementing, integrating, documenting, and securing the Microsoft endpoint clients and the Microsoft 365 tenant.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update, test, and deploy endpoint client image to include IRS SCSEM settings to agency endpoint computers. Configure, document, monitor, and secure the Microsoft 365/Azure tenant. Perform administrative tasks related to Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, OneDrive, and Teams including, but not limited to problem tracking, resolution, and documentation. Create, modify, and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks.
