We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Job Summary:
The Ceramic Department Technician plays an important role to Lamothermic’s production operations. They work to keep the robotic shell maker running consistently and efficiently. They continuously strive to develop their skillset and have a respect for quality.
Required Skills/Attributes:

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED.
Hours:
· Normal Hours: 10:30 pm – 7:00am EST
· *This position requires training on 1st shift (6:30am - 3:00pm) for 2 months prior to starting 3rd shift.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
· Load product into robotic dipping equipment.
· Unload product from robotic dipping equipment.
· Maintain material levels (Slurry tanks, sanders, etc.)
· Monitor all aspects of the shelling environment (Temperature, Humidity, Robot Operation)
· Maintain clean work environment.
Secondary Duties/Responsibilities:
· Operate Autoclave
· Load and unload foundry ovens.
· Assist in other areas on the facility.
