Position Description:
The Student Information Systems Manager manages data regarding students and teachers, including state data compliance, internal data management, and various data projects. The Student Information Systems Manager is responsible for PowerSchool, the setup of master schedules for all campuses, the import and export of data between Illuminate, PowerSchool, Clever, and any other systems related. The position is on the ICEF Public Schools Home Office team and will work closely with school leaders, as well members of the home office teams.

This position reports to the Managing Director of Operations.

Frequent local travel and occasional out-of-town may be required for training, seminars, or workshops. This position will work in a shared office space and will be required to visit the school sites on a frequent basis. When out on school sites, the following physical demands may be requested: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
EDUCATION
Targeted job related education that meets organization’s prerequisite requirements. Job related experience within a specialized field with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
