Job Overview:
The IT&S site manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day information technology activities at the acute and hospital-based ambulatory facilities within their assigned locations (MMC/MSC). This role will report directly to the IT&S Site Director. This job involves coordinating and managing operational activities of the IT department, providing support for mission-critical business operations, and collaborating closely with the IT&S site director and IT&S AVP to organize and plan organizational tasks such as project management, problem-solving, budgeting, and escalations.
The IT&S manager must also align with the IT&S Strategy and Strategic Plan of RWJBarnabas Health, adhering to all standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the System IT&S functions. Participation in committees and meetings at both affiliate and corporate levels is required.
