Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, sales, leadership, and project management. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team, strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the smooth operation of all departments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve operational goals
- Oversee the sales process and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,316.75 - $135,456.73 per year
