Job Description:
Daily troubleshooting/basic technical support of new mobile devices (handheld printers, iPhones, etc) and processes. Customer service assisting with calls to internal customers. Additional experience in the field to assist customers with mobile device issues.
Helping troubleshoot error messages to identify user issues. Creating user documentation and identifying ways to streamline the process. Successful candidate with ability to follow instructions, basic tech support, strong customer service skills, ability to provide clear verbal and written communication.
