    • You will be responsible for reviewing and commenting on external policies, developing internal Team NAVWAR policies, instructions, methodologies and templates for use across NAVWAR related to Acquisition and Program Management.
    • You will act as a contributor in the development of strategic plans, instructions, and operating agreements between NAVWAR, PEOs, and warfare centers.
    • You will lead competency business operations, participate in contract source selections, supervise Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and serves as the NAVWAR Defense Priorities Allocation System (DPAS) lead.
    • You will exercise supervisory and leadership responsibilities to include mandatory assessment of performance in the three defined supervisory categories of compliance, performance management, and Human Resources (including EEO and Diversity).
    • You will serve as a NAVWAR Systems Command expert on Defense Acquisition and Program Management advising senior leaders on complex acquisition matters.
    • You will serve as the NAVWAR Deputy National Competency Lead for Acquisition and Program Management.

    which is $139,176 - $191,900* (Base $104,604 - $147,647 plus 33.05% locality adjustment). DP-04, TIER 1 IS CAPPED AT A GS-15, STEP 7.
