Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ML model creation solutions in the telecom customer insights domain.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, domain experts and business stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirement.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. *
Serve as the voice of the customer and champion agile principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to oversee the development and deployment of Al models for customer insights.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
Foster a culture of transparency and collaboration, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it into product iterations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience 10 years working as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the telecom or Al industry.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
