Responsibilities: The Manager of Information Systems is responsible to direct, plan, organize, and oversee all activities of the information systems of Henry County Hospital. They are also responsible for the overall strategic plan of the information systems functions of the hospital, all ongoing activities related to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of patient, provider, employee, and business information in compliance with Henry County Hospital’s security policies and procedures, and federal and state regulations and laws.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years' experience in information systems project management, design, and implementation. Expert knowledge of technical software and hardware required. Preferred Master's degree in computer science business or healthcare administration and previous information systems experience in a healthcare setting.
