Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, invoices, etc.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in accounting software systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, and Workday
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in using accounting software systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, and Workday
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Knowledge of technical accounting practices and principles, Quickbooks.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
