We're immediately hiring for an auto title clerk position. Experience needed in the car or Notary industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process titles and registration for customers
• Recording of Liens
• Assign titles for vehicles sold
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Verify accuracy of title and related documents
• Resolve titling, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc. issues with appropriate dealership personnel and/or state agencies
• Maintain knowledge of current laws and regulations related to titling of vehicles
• Ability to process title applications using current dealership software programs
• Complete training as required by the state to process titles
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Must be able to work one to two Saturdays a month.
• Complete different types of notarized documents.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
