Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping labels and packaging to ensure accurate delivery to patients.
• Investigate incorrectly delivered and lost packages to resolve issues promptly.
• Verify addresses using FedEx Ship Manager.
• Select the appropriate method for product packing and shipping, following standard procedures to ensure safe and secure delivery, including considerations for unique conditions such as refrigeration.
• Process patient charges based on order documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-paced environment.
• Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Willingness to bend and squat frequently during shifts.
• High school diploma or GED.
