Pharmacy Service Clerk jobs in New Haven, CT

Pharmacy Service Clerk is responsible for performing daily, routine tasks in the pharmacy such as answering the phone, responding to customer requests, data entry, record maintenance, and other clerical duties. Follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Being a Pharmacy Service Clerk assists with stocking and inventory tasks. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Pharmacy Service Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Pharmacy Service Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     Our pharmacy clerks help our customers in every way they can. They assist pharmacist in delivering outstanding customer experience, maintain confidentiality of customer and company information, and operate the pos systems. This is just a general overview of their job duties. You may be asked to assist in other ways too, depending on the needs of your store.
