Office Clerk
Duties:
- Communicate with drivers regarding maintenance, time cards, billing and dispatch related information
-Process Maintenance Receipts
-Send Maintenance Schedules
-Verification of employee time cards
-Finalize and send out daily schedules
-Organize and clean office
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using company software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
