Being a Phlebotomist may conduct interviews, take vital signs, and draw and test blood samples to screen donors at blood bank. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Phlebotomist requires Certification by a nationally recognized body. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Phlebotomist's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Position SummaryThe Phlebotomist will be responsible for engaging a diverse population and educating on the All of Us Research Program’s objectives, the precision medicine initiative, return of value; serve as a community liaison by establishing relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and health professionals. Handle all activities related to the recruitment and enrollment.
Efficiently collect and maintain accurate records, charts and participant contact information for retention. Incumbent will adhere to NIH approved standard operating procedures.
