This position is hired as full-time CEF employee, but you will be working directly with Client and will be responding to various inquiries and supporting requests from customers across multiple channels of communication to provide exceptional customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs typical operations found in metal removal manufacturing.
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to their supervisor or other member of management.
- Sets up and operates machines to include, but not limited to, turning, drilling, and tapping, induction hardening, and gear cutting operations.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
- Performs inspection of machined products and documents results as appropriate.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
- Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety Rules, and Material Management System requirements.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Various tasks should be possible for multiple production lines, and the target production volume should be met.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, knowledge of basic handheld measuring tools, and the ability to read and interpret bill of materials.
- Outstanding communication skills, physical strength, and dexterity to handle and operate heavy machinery, and remarkable hand-eye coordination.
- Able to follow directions well and to understand simple written instructions, memos, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience with hand gauges, CMM measurements, doc audit, visual inspection, tests, & Microsoft excel. Minimum 6 months hand gauge (micrometers/calipers) & excel experience required.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma
- Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in machining and the metal removing industry.
- Good attendance record, performance record, and ability to work well with others is necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to push/pull up to 90 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods on a concrete surface.
- Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch and/or stoop throughout shift as needed to perform job duties.

- Day: Monday – Friday 5:00am – 3:30pm
- Night: Monday – Friday 3:30pm – 2:00am
