Job Description:

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by using the latest digitizing equipment, video editing programs, and graphic design software.You will ensure that our customers enjoy exceptional experiences by leveraging cutting-edge technology, creative design, and advanced printing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Player: Work with and inspire a team of specialists, instilling a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-focused service.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality standards in all processes, from digital restoration to personalized photo printing.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our memory preservation and photo printing services, including the adoption of new technologies.
• Customer Experience: Champion a commitment to delivering memorable and superior customer experiences.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to align our offerings with market demand and emerging trends.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe software, including Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovative ideas and solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and through electronic channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and multitask effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot when issues arise.
• Customer service and sales experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge in memory preservation and photo printing techniques.
• Familiarity with sublimation methods.
• E-commerce knowledge.
• Social Media knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High School or higher education.
• Customer service experience
