Being a Photo Editor - Web uses editing tools to process and retouch photos, coordinates the licensing of stock photography, and adheres to project budgets. Coordinates and adheres to a standard workflow including research, submission, content selection, editing, and publishing. Additionally, Photo Editor - Web typically requires a bachelor's degree. WPSD LOCAL6, the dominant NBC affiliate in the 90th market has an opening in our newsroom for a web producer. Digital producers manage content on our website, social media, digital newsletters, and other platforms.
We use Social News Desk, MGN Online Graphics, ENPS, the TownNews CMS, AP wire & AP Video, NBC & CNN feeds, CNN Newswire and state of the art WSI weather technology.
Web Producers manage our website, mobile APPs, and social media platforms. They work closely with newscast producers, reporters, and anchors. They also offer assistance and advice to other departments like Promotions, Creative Services and Sales.
College degree and some experience preferred.
