Works with creators, designers, writers, and/or editors to ensure content is selected and edited in a manner cohesive with the tone, content, and objective of the project. Being a Photo Editor - Web uses editing tools to process and retouch photos, coordinates the licensing of stock photography, and adheres to project budgets. Coordinates and adheres to a standard workflow including research, submission, content selection, editing, and publishing. Additionally, Photo Editor - Web typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Photo Editor - Web work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain proper customer service standards as the front of the Rental Department.
-Check and Maintain Equipment inventory in between check-outs.
-Assist clients with Check-Out and Check-In processes in a professional and friendly manner.
-Troubleshoot questions with equipment during regular store hours.
-Check-in Equipment for all complete components and Functionality as clients return orders.
-Provide a speciality base of information for Sales Staff and Customer Service.
-Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
-Ideal candidates have 1 year film/studio experience, or Photo School equivalent preferred, not required.
-General Skills; self motivated,attention to detail, problem solving, and an ability to maintain a “Cool head” during pressure situations.
-Punctuality is a necessity.
-Willing to do manual tasks, lift and carry 35-50 lbs.
Compensation:
-Hourly; Commensurate with experience.
