We are a dynamic photography business that specializes in a wide range of photography services. Our work includes everything from personal portraits to event photography. We pride ourselves on capturing beautiful moments and delivering high-quality, edited images to our clients. Where we are different from other companies is the product we are giving to our clients. We provide two-three different styles of images, most of the images given to a client are more simple while 1-10 images will be heavily edited.

Position: Photo Editor

We are currently seeking a talented and flexible Freelance Photo Editor to join our team. This position will require someone who can adapt to varying work volumes, with the possibility of 4 to 5 sessions in a single day and then periods of inactivity for up to a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing and retouching images with attention to detail, ensuring all photos meet our quality standards.
• Working efficiently to process images from sessions, which may involve batches of work followed by periods of downtime.
• Communicating effectively with our team to receive feedback and ensure all editing requirements are met.
• Managing workload to ensure that deadlines are strictly adhered to, especially during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a photo editor, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in photo editing and retouching.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Ability to work flexibly according to the fluctuating volume of work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation

• Compensation will be based on the volume of work completed. We are considering payment on a per hour or per image basis and will discuss this further with successful candidates.
