    In the role of a Finishing Operator at PFL, you can expect a dynamic and hands-on position that involves various responsibilities and challenges. Here are some additional things you can expect in this role:

    • Physical Demands: Requires efficiency and the ability to meet set timelines, with the requirement to stand for up to 10 hours per day and continuously lift 20 - 60 pounds.
    • Training & Development: Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with advancements in print finishing technology.
    • Workplace Culture: Creative, positive work environment with teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
    • Quality Control: Strong attention to detail which means being thorough, meticulous, and focused on the accuracy and precision of your work.

    Additional information:

    • This is a full-time position with complete benefit package including health, 401K match, disability, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), holiday pay, and more.
    • Position is 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week. The day shift is typical 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The evening shift is typically 2:00 p.m. to midnight.
    • Starting wage of $18.50 per hour. Receive a $1 increase after completing training and an additional increase after achieving performance standards.
