Photo Finishing Technician jobs in Lima, OH

• Edit and retouch photographs to ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and other team members to achieve the desired visual outcomes.
• Use photo editing software to adjust lighting, color balance, contrast, and other elements to enhance visual appeal.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in photo editing techniques.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of edited images for easy accessibility.
• Provide feedback to photographers to improve the quality of original images.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited photos while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Picture Editor or similar role.
• Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing editing skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in photography and image editing.
