We’re hiring a reliable, experienced, RSOC Operator! The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by monitoring premises, and performing search procedures.

Shifts include : Day, Swing, Overnight

Hourly starting wage : $22 / hour.

Responsibilities :

• Track employee time and attendance
• Monitor alarms and electronic security systems
• Track the progress of security patrols
• Receive calls from interior guard posts
• Respond to client requests
• Facilitate incident response efforts
• Initiate notification and escalation procedures
• Document significant incidents
• Perform primary analysis of operational procedures
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 1 year of experience as a security officer
• Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must be able to walk / run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
