Photocopy Supervisor supervises high-volume copying, printing, and finishing operations. Monitors production processes to fulfill jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processes. Being a Photocopy Supervisor inspects the set up required for each job for accuracy. Assists with troubleshooting and resolution of any equipment problems or malfunctions. Additionally, Photocopy Supervisor performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Trains operators on standard procedures for machine set-up, operation, maintenance, completed job preparation, and work order tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Photocopy Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Photocopy Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Clinical Associate role at PATTERNS is a mid-tier supervisory role to a variety of approved insurance-based funding sources. All Associates must work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position allows for the accumulation of unrestricted hours of fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates. Clinical Associates are responsible for assisting the assigned clinician with an identified caseload in a defined clinic or region.
