Photocopy Supervisor supervises high-volume copying, printing, and finishing operations. Monitors production processes to fulfill jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processes. Being a Photocopy Supervisor inspects the set up required for each job for accuracy. Assists with troubleshooting and resolution of any equipment problems or malfunctions. Additionally, Photocopy Supervisor performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Trains operators on standard procedures for machine set-up, operation, maintenance, completed job preparation, and work order tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Supervisor Summary: The SPMI Supervisor is responsible for the management of the intensive outpatient rental assistance and case management programs and shall ensure high quality clinical services are delivered and documented in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. The position may be called to provide direct service and to serve as a primary case manager, as needed.
