BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT Responsible for set-up, composition and lighting in a predetermined setting, leading to digital still image capture and/or video capture for omni-channel advertising purposes. All photography must be executed to comply with the overall creative and merchandising objectives set forth by the buying offices and creative management.

PHOTOGRAPHY EXECUTION
Collaborate on set with creative partners, Styling, Art Direction, and the Assistant Photographer team when executing creative
Partner with Assistant Photographers in building sets and gathering required equipment for each photo shoot
Meet production and timing requirements while maintaining quality expectations
Maintain lighting diagrams in assigned areas of ownership
Flex between high-efficiency output capture and elevated creative projects
BRAND UNDERSTANDING
Responsible for set-up, composition, and lighting to meet established brand standards
Strong knowledge of our brand(s) and customer focus
Participate in creative reviews with team and leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
Digital portfolio or website with commercially competitive content
Degree in Photography, or equivalent work experience
Technical knowledge of digital photography, image processing, color temperature/balancing, raw conversion, and creative adjustments
In-depth understanding of tethered capture using Capture One Pro
Strong knowledge of image composition, cropping, angles, and lighting
Experienced with various digital camera systems and formats
Ability to work with continuous and strobe lighting systems
PREFERRED
Experience as a photographer in a commercial photo studio
Motion capture using DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera systems
Technical proficiency with non-linear video editing (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve)
