Position Title: Part Time Processing Team Member

Brief Description This job entails rolling and packaging .33 gram and 1 gram joints; packaging kief and flower for sale; and maintaining the sanitation of the processing material. This job is part-time, 3-5 six-hour shifts per week. This is an entry-level position with room for growth in the company.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow directions from the production lead.
• Expertly roll .33gram “Starbuddies” and 1G “House Joints”
• Take precise weights and measurements.
• Quality control pre-rolls, flower, and shake
• Record and measure waste accurately
• Keep a clean and organized work station.
• Meet weekly production quotas
• Take direction with professionalism and contribute to a positive company culture.
• You may be expected to work jobs or use skills that are not listed above.

Requirements

• Be able to perform detailed work with your hands all day in a team setting.
• Be able to lift upwards of 30 lbs.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Weedmaps, Leafly, and Point of Sale systems preferred but not required
• Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts.
• Must have good communication skills

Compensation: This is an hourly position with a starting compensation of $11/hour
