Our fabrication team operates multiple machines to deliver necessary components and parts to our custom unique electromechanical projects.

As a Busbar Copper Processing Machine Operator you will:

• Setup, program, and run CNC busbar punch and other shop equipment.
• Produce precision components (down to .005”) from prints, modify existing parts, and inspect form and fit.
• Perform inspection of products using calipers as required as per GD&T standards.
• Communicating with supervisor to ensure documentation of process improvements.
• Work closely with engineering to identify best practice procedures.
• Updating production journal.
• Perform organizational activities as it comes to tooling, stock, and other machine shop needs.

A successful candidate for this role will have:

• Associate degree in a related field of study and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• A higher-level degree may substitute for experience.
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Experience as a manufacturing/industrial engineer highly desirable.
