Summary/Function:
Examine transfer requests involving physical securities. Review eligibility for deposit or transfer requirements and process transfer instructions. Act as the contact for branches and other department for security processing.
Experience and Skills:Qualifications:
- Proficient Microsoft computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote
- High School diploma, GED or comparable work experience.
- Customer Service or office setting experience helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work in pressured situations.
- Ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures.
- Communicate in a clear and service oriented manner. Use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information.
- Ability to proactively work with others in a team oriented environment to meet service level commitments and objectives.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance in office.
Duties:
- Review and complete transfer instructions according to established procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Provide support to FPs and their teams to research and resolve issues and/or questions in a collaborative manner.
- Responsible for maintenance of OneNote involving relevant changes and updates to department procedures and policies.
- Review, manage, and reconcile position/department reports, cycle counts, and settlement requests.
- Request appropriate documents from branches and follow-up on pending transfers
- Prioritize and process daily office mail, filing, and administrative support.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize assigned duties to meet deadlines and complete tasks within established timeframes.
- Review signature guarantee requests and maintain Medallion transactions and records.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $17.00 - $19.00. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
