Responsibilities:

As the BA Steel Manufacturing Foreman, you will:

Lead by example, setting the standard for work ethic, dedication, and safety.

Take charge of daily operations, ensuring production targets are not just met, but exceeded.

Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best, fostering a culture of success on the shop floor.

Implement efficient processes to maximize productivity while maintaining top-notch quality.

Top Candidates will Have:

A proven track record in manufacturing with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the steel production process, from raw materials to finished products.

Goal-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing targets.

Excellent communication skills to command respect and effectively lead a diverse team.
