Photographic Processing Machine Operator/Tender jobs in Raleigh, NC

The Processing Technician position exists for the processing of materials to fulfill customer order requirements via Mechanical Processing equipment.

Job Duties:

• Processing of customer materials on process equipment
• Preparation of processing equipment for processing
• Assembly/ Disassembly of equipment for cleaning
• Analysis of processed materials
• Cleaning of equipment/ parts
• Maintenance/ Repair of equipment
• Shipment of materials/ preparation of materials
• Other miscellaneous (safety training, professional development, etc.)

Skills:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with use of Microsoft applications.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to delegate skills to subordinates.
• Knowledge of basic safety protocol around use of mechanical equipment, forklifts and PPE.

Experience:

• 2 years’ experience of experience in a technical processing/ production field or industrial experience
• Hazard Communication experience
• Previous experience in powder processing field a plus.
• Experience with driving a forklift
• Knowledge of safety requirements in an industrial setting

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Position will start with a schedule of 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. for training purposes. Once training is completed, the permanent schedule will be 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
